The mountain
Above San Martín de los Andes, the Chapelco highlands are where Patagonia's backcountry opens up. Chapelco is built to order: mix resort days, freeride in the lenga forests, backcountry snowkite and our signature heli-freeride and snowkite day, over as many days as you like. Kite Patagonia's certified guides run it on the ground, and we plan the big days around the forecast.
